Questions

Who qualifies for the community rate?

Registered charities, community interest companies (CICs), community groups, youth groups and volunteer-run projects.

What does the £250 include?

A website of up to 5 pages, built the same way as every other site, with events, volunteering and donate or get-involved pages, set up for Google and working on every phone.

Is there a monthly cost?

Every new site is on at least the Hosting plan, £19 a month, for the first 12 months. That includes a free domain, subject to availability.

Can our volunteers update the site?

Yes. You get a walk-through at launch so you can make simple edits. Care plans and one-off updates (£35 each) are there if you'd rather I did it.

Can you add online donations or event tickets?

Yes, we can link to the donation and ticketing tools you already use. Wallasey Beach Club's events calendar and ticketing kept running the whole way through its rebuild.
